Sessions: Typically, one treatment is sufficient due to our use of state-of-the-art equipment that yields the highest concentration of PRP and ensures precise placement using ultrasound guidance.
What is the right therapy for me?
During your initial consultation, our experienced physician will determine the appropriate therapy or combination of therapies based on ultrasound diagnostics and other factors.
How much is the initial consultation?
The initial consultation, including ultrasound diagnostics, costs $200. $100 of this fee may be applied to your elected procedure.
Does my insurance cover PRP therapy?
Typically, insurance does not cover these services.
How soon will I feel better?
Recovery typically takes one to three months.
How do I prepare for PRP therapy?
Prepare by eating well-balanced meals, staying hydrated, getting plenty of sleep, and avoiding NSAIDs for two weeks prior to your procedure.
How long is the downtime?
We recommend light activity as tolerated for approximately one month after PRP injections. Your physician will discuss your specific recovery plan in more detail during your initial appointment.
